I was at the lowest point of my life and had an attorney that was failing me miserably. Then a friend recommend Charlotte. The straight forward approach to my problems and the way Charlotte handled my divorce were better then I could have imagined. Charlotte is truly a professional and loves to do what she does. The knowledge and skills she possesses were the key to the outcome my children and I needed. If you want the best of the best Charlotte Weinstein is who you want.

We are using her for a custody case and she’s been great so far. She’s always answering any questions we have and giving us the best advice. She’s also to the point honest and upfront about everything.

Best attorney in the Annapolis area. She really listens and gives realistic options. Rapid responses, caring personality, and wow can she defend you! I give her my highest recommendation.

Charlotte is an excellent attorney and advocate. She is very knowledgeable in divorce and child custody issues. She fights for her clients. She takes the time to answer your calls, your questions and works with you throughout the entire case. Never drops the ball and has your back 100% of the time. She fought hard for me and my kids and the outcome was amazing. She is very well respected within the legal community for a reason!

Charlotte was retained to follow through with a motion for modification custody case. While she was retained and the lawyer of record for the case, she failed to show up to the hearing. The judge had to reprimand her and force her to appear, almost 3 hours after the hearing was to start. She showed up looking like she just left the club poppin' bottles and twerking on the dance floor. Not only did she put me in a very compromising position, I ended up being forced to make a deal and give up custody of my children. She completely failed me. After interviewing almost a dozen lawyers later on to go back and fight for custody of my children, every single one of them agreed this is typical of Charlotte and she has a reputation of being a really poor lawyer. Not only am I submitting a complaint to the bar for her failure to appear or be prepared, I've considered suing her even though it would cost more than what I could recoup. Looking back, I have to assume this was on purpose and she had a relationship with the opposing lawyer and "owed her one". It's the only concept I can come up with why. I regret the day I ever met Charlotte.

Charlotte was a great attorney to go to for my divorce. She helped me from the very beginning with all my questions and made sure I felt very comfortable with the entire process. I know as an anxious person I can be hard to work with, but she reassured me every step of the way and it really made a difference. She shows a lot of passion for her clients and I am very appreciative. Many thanks!
