This firm is the worst. I took them to court and won my case. They did not release the lien from my home. The attorney that represented them told me even though my case was dismissed, that doesn't mean anything. I was advised that they were resting on the lien for the time being and really didn't understand that. If you call, they never return the phone call back. I don't know what law school these attorneys attended, but it seems that I know more than them. Furthermore, I had to get additional advice from other attorneys in reference to my case, and in doing so, I was able to get the result that I needed. This place should be out of business. They are thieves and cannot help with anything. Michael S. Neall is the worst attorney and knows nothing about his work.

This law office represents my HOA and I am the defendant, I find them to be professional and courteous. I do not have a problem with them calling me back and have found the expertise and competence of their employee Shirley to be very appreciated. Yes, this is a debt collector, but not one to judge or be impatient. I find the firm to do the job they were hired for.

No Stars. Micheal S. Neall represented UTZ Management and Jones Valley HOA because we did not get a bill for months 2 years ago and we owed more than we knew. No bill no return phone calls from Utz etc. No Direction.
We paid $2,000 plus to get out of the mess and hired a lawyer then whole 9 yards instead of just letting us know what we owe and I would have sent a check.
Bottom line is almost 2 years later still no bill from Utz management or the hoa. My husband called Michael S. Neall lawfirm and they owe JOnes valley HOA $30 and they have not mailed it yet. It will be mailed at their convenience. Since the law office owes the hoa our $30 we will not get a bill. We have no idea what we owe and I am sending checks blindly.

Do not deal with this company. Very dishonest, unprofessional and not very smart. I am not getting a bill for my HOA fee from Jones Valley HOA because UTZ representation, Michael S. Neall owes $30 to Jones Valley.

This is very unprofessional. I hope this review will encourage someone not to deal with this law firm.

Michael S. Neall, all I can say is "STOP STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE BY OVER CHARGING PEOPLE, IF YOU WANT TO BE SUCESSFUL IN YOUR BUSINESS YOU NEED TO PUT STOP TO IT".

This company never answers the phone and it’s frustrating. They owe me money back from my HOA. It’s ridiculous. I left several messages. Sent a fax no reply. Needs to be shut down

this company will not answer phone ever. You have to leave a message for them to call you back the next business day. When you request information they will tell you to submit a written letter which has to be mailed or faxed. If you fax it they wont call to confirm that they received now will they email you any information regarding your account.

I finally got this thief,
They overcharged my HOA fees by 2,300 dollars. I took them to court and before the court date, I get a check in the mail .I filed a complaint against those thieves. It is a damn shame, that an attorney doesn't have integrity. I'm doing my best to get this firm disciplined by the attorney grievance commission.
