Absolutely no sense of urgency, aside from when they're cashing your checks.

Just got a phone call from this number talking about car warranty. This is a scam. Lies.

This firm has some of rudest, most dishonest, and sneaky people I've ever dealt with. They took monthly payments on our account, per an agreement, and still took court action against us claiming they never received the signed agreement. When we called to get information, the legal assistant that I had been working with the whole time refused to acknowledge any of my questions and hung up me. This firm is horrible & disrespectful!

I don't even know where to begin..is it the lies?is it the HORRIBLE customer service? Or maybe it's the ineptitude...who takes a month and half to send out a correspondence that they supposedly are "sending out that day" every time you call them? Then lie and say they never said that. When you express your concern and how their lack of action is causing you financial harm...their reply? "Whatever!"

For all of the unhappy reviews that's what happens when you owe money. Nobody likes to be taken to court for bills they didn't pay but if you pay your bills you won't end up in court. This firm hands down is the best firm that I have ever been able to work with. They are transparent, they are great for any community Legal collections and I have worked with this firm for over 10 years. I can't speak highly enough about Michael, Valerie, Lora and the rest of the team. Thank you for being the best at what you do!

I've never had this much of a terrible experience with anything in my life- I've never even wrote a review on anything in my life. I wish I could give 0 stars.
First of all, "Ron George" should put this on their resume, "I make people's lives miserable for a living because I lack the sense of professionalism to do my job." This sounds immature but this is what I experienced first hand so this is an eye for an eye, per se.
I wish I was over reacting, but I actually got mocked for just asking a question. They hang up on you while you're talking. If you get a letter of a bill for thousands of dollars, you'd expect them to give you more information.

Anyway, these people add the most ridiculous additional charges with BS reasons. I probably paid at-least $500+ additional fees with no backing up. I understand that their job is collect debt but it is how you go bout doing the work you're hired to do. If you're incompetent, then don't do it.

I'm not saying this because I didn't want to pay, because I DID pay the overcharged amounts. Even when I paid the fees, they still found a way to charge me more. If you get a letter from them, I'm so sorry because they are absolutely the worst.

The level of scumbag that this firm succumbed to in order to extract $500 from a $100 hoa fee is beyond the realm of human understanding. This place is like a payday loan company, wrapped in a predatory lending firm, dipped in Bernie Madoff's bathwater. The staff is borderline inhumane in their lack of self awareness. Go ahead. Call and ask a question about your "accout". The sarcasm and heavy-handed distain will certainly add insult to injury as you pay them 300% of your initial fee in exchange for doing absolutely nothing. One day this "firm" will trip over the wrong wire and hopefully find themselves in a situation not too dissimilar from the one they've been so eager to place others in.

Employers there don't want to work. I already have 5 days trying to contact someone to get information, but the receptionist Judy put me on hold forever. when i ask her for a supervisor, she put me on hold again, then come back after 15 min and transfer me to a voicemail. Frustrated.

They are crooks that refuse to use email to communicate and demand faxes be sent for any and all correspondence. They never confirm receipt of the fax, nor do they respond to the substance of your request(s). The staff is rude, and will hang up on you when you request information via phone.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! We paid off a small lien on our property and they will not have the lien removed and we have been trying to refinance for a year!!!

I paid off my $9,000+ HOA account with Michael Neall and Associates, and can't get them to remove their liens from my property. My next door neighbor paid off her account and they haven't removed their liens from her property either.

I had a dispute with my HOA over a $220 bill that I received for 4 months of dues during a period where we went without a management company. I explained to my HOA, Legacy at Lincoln Park, that it does not seem right to charge our residents for 4 months where no services were rendered. As a result, I was sent to collections at this law firm. I had never been sent to collections before, so the experience was already pretty unsettling. That is my issue with LaLP, not Michael Neall and Associates.

I explained to American Management Company exactly why I was unwilling to pay the bill and told them that if they wished to pursue this further, to have their attorney's contact me. Yes, I said that.

I received a notice that they would be putting a lien on my property NOT JUST for the $220.48 but for an additional $369.50 in various legal and administrative fees. I called the law offices and told them I was willing to pay the $220.48 but these fees are ridiculous, especially since our HOA already budgets a substantial amount of our fees to attorney's hired specifically to collect this money. To me, it seems like I'm paying twice.

I called the law offfices, left a message and got a prompt return call from someone named Richard. Did not get his last name. He informed me that I must pay the full amount. I asked Richard why I was never informed that these additional fees would apply. I told him that I was willing to pay the $220.48 (even though, it seemed crazy to pay a management company for doing nothing for 1/3rd of the year) but that I was never told that these additional fees would be assessed if the matter was turned over to an attorney.

I wanted the matter turned over to an attorney. In my mind, I felt the charges were unjustified and I wanted a lawyer to tell me exactly why I should pay. That's not what I got. What I got was an additional bill and what Richard said to me is: "You were told. It's written in your HOA agreement." I asked him where specifically it says that. He said: "Listen, you're going to argue with me. You're going to do your little dance..." That's when i stopped listening to Richard.

All I wanted was for someone to explain to me why it makes sense to pay for services that were never rendered. What I got was a self-righteous, condescending little man telling me: "It's in there." Nice job, Richard.
