I left a voicemail late Saturday and got a call back on Monday from Eric. I contacted at least 10 attorneys about an insurance dispute and he was the only one who picked up the phone and called me back during the week of Christmas. He listened to what I had to say and recommended a path forward. Eric gave me a rate and a recommendation. That’s exactly what people are looking for and expect to make the best decisions.
