Raj China lied to me about the law to get me to sign divorce papers. He did not serve me and told the judge he did. I was IN PRO PER after speaking with the bar I found out he is supposed to treat me as opposing council. He would not answer my calls he actually yelled at me at the top of his lungs. I have filed with the CA law board and all I will say is its NOT being ignored. This man is why people speak and think badly of lawyers. He is NOT to be trusted

I displayed a number of art quality photographs at Raj's office, and now he refuses to return them. Here is one of two of them still missing, clearly visible from Google maps.

One day recently, at my husband's and my office, in Marysville, not Yuba City where Raj Chima's Office building is located--one of my missing photographs from Raj Chima's Office building just "turned up," with no explanation. No one officially delivered it to us, it just suddenly was delivered to our office by person or persons unknown. I have included a snapshot of the fine art photo called "Elevator Door" shot in Fort Bragg, CA., below for you to see. I think it is peculiar that the two photos returned are the ones shown on Google maps and on his web site (that my son set up for him, "Elevator Door," and "Master Plans.").

Although this one photograph has been returned, I still have other photos missing that I have not forgotten about, and my son's personal computer and some personal items, and work tools for his livelihood are still being withheld, as well.

He more or less left my family members homeless. By not doing his job right. He had my family member all set up for a sell of a house and than just out of no where dropped the case before things where to finalized. So unprofessional

If you do not care about ethics this is your guy. He represented my ex. I was In Pro Per. Raj is supposed to treat me as opposing council. He is disrespectful, lies, will not return calls. I just can't list all of the awful and egregious things he has done. He has screamed at me at the top of his lungs. He lied to me about the law to get me to sign papers. I called the bar.
