Habitually Unethical. Immorally inclined to rob honest clients time after time. Will promise services but will do nothing for your situation. Produces horrible results again and again. Will promise this and that. Big cheat with a bigger cheating record. Been robbing innocent individuals for years yet is allowed to continue.
