Brent is fantastic and so easy to talk to and he is more than helpful in all situations.

I have used Brent on more than one occasion. He is not a part of a large practice so he is not overwhelmed with clients. He can be very knowledgeable. From my experience he is more versed in family practice. He is fair in regards to pricing. He's located just north west of the plaza near Old Westport. My only complaint is that his office is so far from my house.

Poor man is overworked

Very professional. He got with me on weekends because of my schedule. Also had a few phone meetings. He went above and beyond. Made me feel real comfortable in a difficult custody situation. At the end of it all, “WE” got what I felt was the best for my child. I said we because he really includes you in what’s going on and what happens next. He was always a step ahead. Very affordable and he is after the best for his clients. Minimal work on my part. Can’t say how much I owe this man... I get to be a Dad to a beautiful almost 3 year old girl and don’t have to worry about the adult stuff. All I got to focus on is my daughter. Thanks Winterburg!!!!!

Great attorney!

He only gets a 1 star because I can't rate him a ZERO. He stole my 1800.00 and never did anything for me. Refuses to refund the money, return phone calls or emails. A complete preditor and loser.

Mr. Winterburg told me to just give up on having my child 50/50 because it's just how the courts work. I've been calling for over a month just to get my files to transfer to another attourney but he refuses to answer my calls and never calls back like he says he will in his voicemail. Do NOT waste your money on an attourney that is not going to fight for you.
