I switched from the law firm that was handling all my evictions over to Midwest Litigation and Mediation. I’m so happy I did. I have properties in Kansas and Missouri and the attorney I was using was only capable of handling my Missouri cases. So, now I have one firm handling all of my cases all throughout Missouri and Johnson County Kansas. The process is easy and streamlined. I don’t pay a collection fee post eviction either. My last attorney was taking 30% of the garnishment or collection. Last but not least the fee was a flat fee for my KC cases which was $225.00 and my cases outside the metro area like Saint Louis ran me $325.00. No more. I’m real happy with Scott and his team. He actually mediated a case for free too. Kept the tenant and got a payment plan worked out.
