Darren Fulcher DID NOT Do a good job handling my case. Secretary's kept quitting, and it took a whole year to get a BS settlement! He had been supposedly fighting Marvins Chiropractor and still holding some of my money. Then about a month later I called to see if he settled and got them to take less money & he can give me the remainder, he tells me that he just gave them all of it! I didn't receive a phone call to inform me about any of this! I kind of think he kept the change if you ask me! I wouldn't recommend him to anyone!

Had a great experience. My first auto accident dealing with insurance companies. I was so lost in how the entire process worked. Once the ball got rolling he handled the process with great professionalism. Happy clint. :)

This attorney is not to be trusted. He reached out to me with all these promises after I was rear ended. I ended up spending more out of my pocket and am still paying off medical bills even after case ended! All throughout the case I had to repeat myself multiple times about details about the case. My wants and needs were never a priority, didn't seem to be fighting for us, but rather defensive for Insurance agents. Also, too many changes in secretary's.

Beware of Darren Fulchur attorney Kansas City. I trusted and hired him on a case that he "worked" on for close to two years. I was the perfect client, in the sense of trusting him to do his job. He calls me up one day saying I had a court date coming and the time to be there. Once in court, in front of the judge, he withdrew from my case without explanation or preparation. He gave me zero inclination that he had intent to withdraw from the case. After court he offered the excuse that his wife had just had a baby. Hadn't she had been pregnant for nine months? Furthermore, he was partner at a firm (Fulcher & Lasalle) at the time, so again, bs. I'm convinced he took an under the table payout from the other side to throw my case. By withdrawing this was to the benefit of the other side, because of the unspoken rule in the law community that most attorneys won't touch a case that's already been started by another attorney.

Darren Fulcher represented me in court this past summer for a violation that seemed a little ridiculous. He was able to get the ticket waived. Had a wonderful experience working with him and his administrative staff. Would highly recommend them!
