My company called in a utility Locate request through Missouri One Call. USIC does all the locating for Ameren and the locator did not locate the electric line correctly (actually it was very negligent job). My backhoe operator almost hit this electric line and this potentially endangered his life. This is not the first time that USIC has not performed their jobs and due to this most recent situation, I thought a complaint should be filed. I am contacting Missouri Attorney General along with others to file formal complaints. BEWARE, ALL CONTRACTORS, this company does not care about us as contractor's and since they are so big, it seems like you have no recourse!! I did not want to give them even 1 star but you cannot post your complaint without it.
