I understand some people are desperate for “free” up front legal counsel for their Social Security claims, but I’m advising you, please seek help somewhere else. Jennifer Mrozik was unprofessional, unhelpful and awful. The whole experience was like pulling teeth, communication was non-existent, besides continuous letters by mail to return phone calls because they were unable to reach us - which is a lie, since our numbers never change, the legal secretary confirmed it every call back and there was never any voicemails or missed calls from them. And return calls never happened. We never received any help until they showed up for the court date, said “Everything looks excellent, I don’t see a single reason why you wouldn’t get approved”. Besides all the paperwork you failed to provide, that you claimed you submitted? The medical records we gave you release forms for? And after our denial, we received a letter that Mrs Mrozik will no longer represent us. No reason stated.
Good, we already decided to go with another law firm anyway, and within just a few weeks the experience has been like day and night.
Safe yourself the headache, going trough the process is stressful enough. Find a lawyer that will actually help you with your case.

Such a great help they filed all my papers and got all my records

Wow! Do not waste your time call these law firm. They waste two hour of my time over the phone as gathering all my information and refusing answer my question until they get all my information. Anyhow I gave them all my information except my SSN as I am listing to them they were only interesting going after your work place / company as they determine if my case going to be a big paid out as they get 25% of your paid from the back paid the time of case started.( That tell me they will drag this baby out long as they can to get bigger 25% )

After wasting two hour of my time and the person put me on hold for a minute to breif the information she gather from me to the lawyer and came back on the phone and said they lawyer case not good enough and i needed to seek 2nd opinion.

My case was simple as I am legal blind and my doctor is the one told me seek for disability attorney due to hey my case because it hard for the SSA to determine my eye disease I have.

This law firm isn't interesting help anyone who have an disability and does have supporting case, which it not rocket science for person deal with legal terms and paper pusher.

Just all those wasteful question they bombing me as back issue, can i walk, how long can i stand and so on and on. HELLO I aint got back problem and it my eyes and again they didn't like the fact i work for myself, mm no case there?

Okay. What a joke. I just found another DA lawyer and 100% much better, 10 minute phone call, already meet them and took on my case.

Geez I would like have my two hours of my life back.

I'm not satisfied at all they never return phone calls in a timely manner and when you do talk to someone they seem not to have a clue about what you were talking about they are not professional is not personal and is soon as I get a chance I'm firing the firm

They never return phone calls. They've not been right about a single thing to do with my mother's disability case. Constantly telling us 1 thing yet another, completely different thing, happens. They waited over a year to get a court date, then that date got pushed back, so 5 months after THAT we finally got one. At that date, we were told something else, again, completely different than was discussed previously. Forcing us to settle on peanuts, if you will. Then, we're told that in a months time she'll get her settlement... nope, wrong again. Not only did she not receive a settlement (the peanuts), she still has not received 1 single monthly payment. These people are clueless and have 0 communication. I feel like they took advantage of my poor mother, she's helpless when it comes to legal jargon and paperwork, and we trusted them to know what they were doing...clearly they do not. I know she doesn't like relying on me, but thanks to them she still is.
