They are a corrupt and shady place.

They are rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help resolve anything. My account has been paid in full for over a month, yet they keep taking money out of my check. They stated they sent a letter to the court and to my employer over a month ago, yet refuse to send another letter to have it stopped. The people that work for this company have no human decency nor know how to show kindness. I understand that they are a collection agency, but there is no need to make people feel like a failure and as if they do not matter. Not everyone is a scam artist or does not want to pay their bills. I sincerely hope that they never find themselves in a situation where they are on the other side and get treated the way I have been treated by them.

I am usually never into this sort of thing about reviews but after reading all the others I feel it’s my duty to warn citizens and businesses of this law firm. Whomever answers the phone calls is miserable and does not want to be there. She is not helpful and is very rude. I feel as though this place needs investigating because something just isn’t right. If you need a law firm please don’t involve yourself with this one. I don’t even feel they are worthy of 1 star.

Very shady business. They never answer their phone and will not provide proof of payment. ive been sending in payments as agreed and they are trying to sue me again. Refuse to answer emails. If they contact you contact a lawyer.
