I’ve read the other reviews and they are dead on. This guy is the best. First, he won my case. Second, he made me feel like I was a part of my defense. He explained all of the law behind what I was charged with and then explained to me how the facts of my case applied to the law. It felt like we were working as a team on my case and he really cared about what happened to me. He explained every step of the case to me in a way I could understand. Thomas Rock ..is the worst lawyer .. he worked with the guy who had me charged and helped to find me guilty when I was not. Refused to question my witness correctly causing me to lose my case. Do not be fooled he also works as an court appointed attorney in Loudoun County, Va, that is the main reason he is so busy.

I cannot believe, as I waited for my attorney and the Loundon County Prosecutor to come to an agreement regarding my first time driving offense , that I would sit in a court room and watch people with more serious offenses then mine (without legal representation or the ability to speak english) walk away from their crimes. These individuals did not even have driver licenses (because, I suspect, that they were here illegally). But the Judge, His Honorable Dean S. Worcester did not impose any penalties other then monetary fines for their offenses. I though that driving without a license in VA required jail time! WHAT IS WRONG WITH OUR COUNTRY???????? If illegal aliens are here without drivers licenses and commit driving offenses without repercussions then why do law abiding citizens of the United States even bother to obtain legal representation to defend them. There is something very wrong with our judicial systems. And because of my experience I suggest that either you find a lawyer other then the one that represented me (Tom Law) or you represent yourself. Spending money to hire an attorney, at least in my experience was of no benefit at all.
