I wanted to get some Estate Planning done for sometime but I didn't want to really take the time to do it. However, this was something that I thought would take a lot of time and be annoying experience so I kept putting it off. I couldn't have been more wrong. Ivan Snapp (my financial advisor with Edward Jones) introduced me to Josh Hummer. I had one meeting with Josh Hummer and Ivan Snapp so they get to know who I am and what was important to me along with my goals. Josh listened to the concerns I had and answered my questions. After, the meeting Josh provided me a couple of small forms to fill out with my personal info. Once, I filled the forms out which did not take hardly any time at all, Thank God, I sent the forms back to his office. Not long after that he sent me a draft of the estate documents for me to review. I was very impressed on how quick the turnaround was and I was really impressed reading through the documents that it covered everything we discussed. The forms were very easy to read and understand. I met Josh and his staff (who were very nice and professional) at his office to sign the documents and he made sure to answer any remaining questions I had. Before I left his office I was provided a nice binder with my estate documents professionally organized in it so that I can easily reference them later when needed. I'm so happy that I finally decided to do this and I can relax knowing that I have this out of the way and that the experience that I had with Josh was a easy and pleasant one. I would definitely recommend Josh Hummer for your estate planning needs.

Thinking about and planning one's estate can be taxing and fraught with events one might not consider. My wife and I set up our LLC online ourselves and structured it wrong. Mr. Hummer helped us get it right, basically. Yes, you can do it online easily yourself but it really pays to have a good lawyer help you do it right so as to avoid any potential issues down the road.
