Absolutely the worst lawyers I have ever encountered. Don't waste your time, money and piece of mind with these cartoon lawyers I had a criminal case with them and they did absolutely nothing with my case for 5 months there assistant Travis j Nemmer was lieing to me and deceiveing me the whole time he was lieing to me saying my allegedly co defendant said something about me when they didn't then he went on to try and get me to testify against my allegedly co defendant come to find out Travis jezic and Moyes were all conspireing with the state prosecutor to keep me locked up jezic himself came to visit me in jail and told me (it's a good thing you got to 2months in) I'm siting there looking back at him like your my lawyer suppose to be getting me out of jail but here your saying it's a good thing I got 2 months in jail. I had a bail bond review with Moyes and he didn't even take the time to go over my case he leaned over to me in court and said (what do you want me to say) I'm like your a lawyer you should be telling me what to say. All of this was just a few months ago there whole office was organized no one knew what was goin on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARED MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WORK WITH THE STATE PROSECUTOR TO HELP KEEP YOU OR YOUR FAMILY/FRIENDS LOCKED UP THEY DID IN MY CASE. The law office had reached out to me original by mail and decided set up a last minute consultation appointment with Andrés Gonzalez a few days before my case, but he was also very understanding how delicate the situation was at short notice. Then Marice Morales came to court very early and reassess my options with me, but also made me feel more comfortable being fluent in French too. I’ve never seen a lawyer speak up in my behalf and manage to drop all major charges like it never happened.

To be completely honest, I have never done a Google review before. However, I feel it is absolutely necessary in this case. For immigration law. Himedes Chicas was our lawyer. He is truthful honest and resourceful through the whole citizenship journey. We use him to help my husband get his citizenship. My husband had a previous charge he plea to guilty for assault in 2014 and only had unsupervised probation. Our main issue was would he able to travel back home to Jamaica and would he be able to get his citizenship. Mr.Chicas instructed us what to do when traveling and gave my husband resources to successfully passed his citizenship test. He relieved stress we had on this difficult situation we was in. David Moyse is a well respected attorney and passionate advocate for you. He is also a winner, I know this because I heard a judge make a joke with him about him not losing. My Case was a DUI and became complicated, David was relentless in his pursuit of justice for me. The initial Judge was not the most fair and David was able to navigate through the roadblocks. He also has resources outside of the courthouse to assist you. A positive result was important for me and my career and I would trust him and this firm if I had to do it again. I was involved in a MVA (motor vehicle accident) Begin of April 2019 involving a charter bus and my small car.. I went straight to jezic & moyse. I was given a attorney by the name of Ryan desliva, at first I was very worried to have Ryan as my attorney because he had just started working at the firm fresh outta of school. Ryan has been nothing but excellent in his handling of my case. Him and Yuna(paralegal) have been on top of my case since the first day. Recommendeding me to a chiropractor they have a good relationship with who also gives Discounts when dealing with the firm. They were able to negotiate a high amount with the other party's insurance company. I am very satisfied with the handling of my accident case. For traffic or criminal law, Thomas Madden Jr. is an excellent attorney and I recommend him. Tenacious with prosecutors but very cordial with judges, he was able to minimize a very bad fact in a traffic case involving driving without a license and the prosecutor did not go forward. It seems like the judge was trying to clear a small path for the prosecutor to do something about the bad fact...but he wouldn't. All 4 or 5 tickets were dismissed.

They are very experienced, highly educated and are truly dedicated to their profession. Their many accomplishments are a clear testimonial to such. Such characteristics in a firm were the first qualities I looked for when my family was forced to defend ourselves. My son was charged with 2nd Degree Attempted Murder and the typical list of lower charges that follow such aqusations. My son made a "False Confession" while on drugs and alcohol. He first made this "False Confession" to his therapist with discrepancies . Over the nearly 6 months of contact with Andrew Jezic and our team of 5-6 people we were lead thru the process of defending our son while he was limited to defend himself. Of which, their best interest became the focus of my son's decision to accept an "Alford Plea" and the certainty of giving him the ability to be a positive influence in his girl's life within the next few months.

It has been barely four months since the conclusion of my jury trial, which lasted from October 29th until November 20th, 2018, over three weeks of an incredible defense by Andrew Jezic, Lauren Kollecas, and the law firms of Jezic & Moyse and Azari Law, against prosecutors and detectives, with every resource freely available to them to make me, an innocent woman, appear guilty of the murder of my husband.

The jury found me NOT GUILTY on ALL charges:

1) 1st Degree Murder of my husband of 25 years
2) 2nd Degree Murder
3) Conspiracy to Commit Murder
4) Use of a Handgun in the Commission of a Crime of Violence

I owe so much for all the hard work my lawyers and their team did to get this case done on the first try. It goes to show the dedication and incredible talent that they possess. I want all of that plus more to be known. I want to highlight the lack of access they had to me and the added pressure of having to literally carry the case on their own without my being able to assist significantly in my own defense. I live again as a free woman due to all their time, commitment, and tenacity.

The aftermath of being detained without bond for 17 months is such a mentally and physically horrendous ordeal to endure, especially when you have been wrongly accused. When I was looking at the months, such endless months, of remaining detained without hope of bond, Mr. Jezic came and gave me the realistic reasons to stay calm and reassured. That honesty and guidance helped get me through this nightmare. Ms. Kollecas came to visit me at least every month, sometimes more, to update me on developments and keep me as involved as possible. Everyone as a combined force worked for a defense that showed the truth – I am innocent of the murder of my husband.

I owe a debt of immense gratitude to my attorneys and the experts they hired who brought out the facts that may eventually help find the true murderer of my husband, the very things you expect the police and detectives to search for...It was my lawyers that did that job.
