Bernard Cooney was one of the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever spoken with in my life!! He is in charge of my late Grandmothers trust. I am under the impression that Bernard is a long time friend/acquaintance of my late grandparents. If this is the way he treats family members of long time friends/acquaintances, I would HATE to see how he treats people that have no prior relationship.
