I am a petrophyscist working in an oil and gas company in Texas. I worked with the Fattahi Immigration Law on my EB-1 case. Well.. to start off, I did not have a case. I contacted several immigration lawyers. Some of them rejected my case as they considered it to be too risky and a few others wanted to charge me unreasonably high as the case was not an easy one. I was referred to Ms. Fattahi by a friend. He told me that she is a professional and she truly knows what she does. This was exactly the impression I got from her the first time I talked to her on the phone and throughout the time I worked with her. She accepted my case and explained all details of the process. I had heard that in some of the major immigration law firms, the lawyer working on the case was changed and another lawyer started working on the case right at the middle of the process. Unbelievable. I called the office and a girl answered the phone. She was very rude and not answering my questions about the services they provide. All she was doing is asking me to pay 150$ for the consultation. I asked her if the atterny speaks Persian so that the person i am going to send there will understand her. She was again repeating that she can not confirm it, i have to make an appointment. So unprofessional!!!!
