I hired Sharon Diamant after contacting two other attorneys who didn't return my calls. I was surprised when Ms. Diamant answered my call on the first ring.

My situation was a bit of an emergency as I live in another state. My severely mentally ill spouse from who I am separated, filed for and received a temporary restraining order against me based on fabricated, defamatory allegations. The petition was retaliation for a one-year restraining order granted against her thirty days prior.

Ms. Diamant handled this sensitive situation with finesse and impeccable professionalism. I was impressed by her ability to be direct, clear, and firm. She did not hesitate to give me the best advice even when it was not the advice I wanted to hear.

Even in an environment where the standard of evidence is so low that most protective order petitions are granted, Ms. Diamant successfully argued that the petition against me had no merit, and it was summarily dismissed.

I am writing this on behalf of a friend who just finished her case with this law firm. I would not ordinarily write a Google review, but I was so impressed I wanted to say something. My friend was in a very bad situation with her now ex. He was abusive and nasty, and everything about their kids was a fight. She hired Sharon to help her with her divorce. I went with my friend to every meeting and every court appearance. Sharon is exceptional. First of all, she talks to you like a person. She is thoughtful and practical. She didn't gauge us and didn't nickel and dime us, ever. In court, she is respectful but gets the job done. She was never overly aggressive but she really protected our interests. I hired Ms. Diamont to help me with a bunch of false violations of a protective order my ex filed. There was a peace order too but that got tossed. She not only got the bench warrant lifted but got all the cases dismissed. She texted with me daily to make sure I was doing ok.
