Arthur Cook is the best attorney that I know. Prior to Arthur I had seen 6-8 different attorneys and all had turned me down and charged up to 150 for a consult. Mr Cook Has help me with my immigration case for over 3 years and not once have I had a complaint. I contact him any time via email or phone and he is quick to return my calls or emails.
