I knew I had a complex case and his Intake Specialist Lizbeth Herrera was very positive, worked with me every step of the way gathering all the information needed. Communication was very good with the both of them, emails were responded to quickly before the end of the day. Questions answered and explained, I was very happy with how it was all handled.
