With all the lawyers in the dc area, don’t use Beth Irving. She will promise you everything and get you very, very little. She will use her co workers so you have to pay Beth’s rate along with her “helpers”. She gets you little to no results. Save your money and time and use someone who doesn’t tell falsehoods and won’t overcharge. You might get results with another lawyer. I did not find anything positive using Beth Irving.
