HUD Foreclosure with Two Mortgages and 3% Seller Credit. Title Company had its work cutout to say the least but First Class Title was always on top of everything.

As a First Time Homebuyer, I didn't know the importance of Title Company till I got close to the settlement. First Class Title came highly recommended and after going through the whole process picking them became one of the most important decisions.

Using Two Mortgages on a HUD Foreclosed property was a tricky task. Dan prepared Deed of Trust and Promissory Note for second mortgage and also dealt with all the additional restrictions that come with HUD Foreclosure properties.

Dan made sure that escrow was setup properly and all the expenses were accounted in closing cost so that I can utilize full 3% Seller Credit towards closing. Dan and his team's communication was excellent with all the parties involved.

I cannot empathize how important it is to have a hard-working but more importantly knowledgeable Title Company so that big purchase like home buying can go smoothly. I am really glad that I picked First Class Title.

My experience with First Class Title was exactly that - first class. The level of customer service was outstanding, their responsiveness to my needs including deeds and documents was timely and they worked with my realtor to make sure the settlement went off with no hitches. I can't imagine even on their worst day their customer service slipping to the level of the reviewer from January so IMHO that person must have some type of agenda, probably a disgruntled ex employee. In any event, this is an upstanding organization efficiently run and highly customer service focused. Highly recommend
