Top Notch legal firm for our HOA. Have personally worked with both Craig Zaller and John Tsikerdanos as they were hired during our transitionary period from developer to resident owned HOA. They inherited some immediate legal issues and successfully worked with the board to resolve while protecting our HOA members financially in both the short and long run. They have the highest integrity and are very good communicators with the legal resources to tackle a diverse set of issues. As a board member, I feel very fortunate to have the support of this firm.

Clare MacDonald-Sugrowe should work with some of the other folks before she calls these clowns top notch. Jeanette Kidwell does NOT know how to communicate. She's lazy, disorganized, and should be fired. The front desk ladies have also been rude and unhelpful when you stop by in person to try and resolve issues. A "top notch" law firm wouldn't have boxes stacked messily all over their office area, either. But there it is, for anyone to see as they walk into the offices. These guys are half rate lawyers who make their living doing collections.

I have records of trying to contact this company over a dozen times. They do not return phone calls, specifically Janet Kidwell and Laura Cury, who I have left messages for both in voicemails and with the main receptionist. If you have to work with them I certainly hope you get a response because as of now I am close to 8 months without a return call/letter/email or any time of communication.
