I hired Mr. Lavine for a DUI case that I had royally screwed up. I missed my court date and had a bench warrant out for my arrest. When I met with him he was able to give me all my options and told me about all possible outcomes and how he could help. He was able to squash the bench warrant without me having to appear in court and was able to set a new date for me so I could resolve the case.
We took it all the way to a jury trial where i was found guilty, but EVEN THEN Mr. Lavine was able to negotiate with the judge and I was given probation before judgment.
I sincerely believe that if I went with any other lawyer I would not have ended with this outcome. Matt really took care of me and I really felt like he cared and was doing his absolute best.
