Needed a small business lawyer to set up an LLC for my business, called and sent in my information along with some questions. A week later no response, nothing. When I called them back their response was "we forgot and we have been busy?" I'm pouring everything I have into this business and this group is supposed to help and guide me legally?

I feel the service I received was not personal and definitely not considerate.

Please do yourself a service and really shop around, especially if you are going all in on a business.
