My experience with this this firm is nothing GOOD, well first off my son won a lawsuit for getting his toes cut off in an mismalmanufactured ATV accident, there was a different law firm which was at first "Buckingham Doolittle and emboughers" that we had for years then the firm went to dens more and shoul,with all of this being in a special needs trust,so with this being in a SNT the first law firm was responsible for paying things from the trust ,like the home and property taxes,electric,water,so Within the first five years they didn't pay the taxes ,so I receive a letter from taxation saying our house is going up for foreclosure,so I myself went and paid to get that off,so then our other utilities start getting shutoff and not paid ,so we withdraw them .so now that makes myself trustee for my sons trust,so our furnace goes out so I submitted paper work to probate court asking for expenditures from the trust to replace the furnace,had hearing DEINIED..ok so went a bought 2gas ventless wall heaters ,husband installed,now his monthly annuity payments were still going in fifth third bank ,so set a hearing to get that moved to our local bank ,DENIED,from a sit in judge that didn't know anything about the case, ok so what ever,and then I again sat up a hearing to change banks ,DENIED,so I took it upon myself as trustee to contact the company to which was sending the monthly payments to the bank ,and had them to start sending them to me ,as trustee I was aloud to do this,so when Athens county probate was made aware of this change they set a hearing ,I notified the court I could not make that hearing,so they went on with the hearing instead of rescheduled me ,wrongfully removing me as trustee to then appointed Mr.sloan, since mr.sloan has been trustee,we as our whole family have been ivected from the home to do some minor repairs,my children placed in foster homes (which I have back in my custody) homeless but have my children,ACPS has us up in a motel,all of our belongings that we put in our outside buildings and shed ,mr.sloan hired someone (out of my boys trust)to go throw it all ,everything we owned in the trash..oh and he had my boys social security from my boys deceased father frozen at the bank and it has nothing at all to do with the trust,ok you all got this so far ,we are homeless ,no income ,nothing to put in a home if we were to get one,and I have to pay back $1400.00to the trust because I used my sons social security from his dead father that has nothing at all to do with the trust ,well excuse me his dad and I both worked and paid into that and I got it to take care of my son .and I have done just that but mr.sloan wants it back for the trust ,because he is aloud to spend what ever he wants out of it ,mr.sloan has hired a guardian at lighten,that my son don't want,has paid thousands of dollars to throw our stuff away and just keeps spending it ,so my point is ,I THINK this firm is embezzlement of my sons money ..don't trust them and don't have them take your case ...mr.sloan had informed ACPS that we our family would be back in the home by thanksgiving,now he informed them we would not be back at the resident ,and if we are there will be a lease ? What ? My son has asked for a hearing to be set to remove Mr.sloan and they won't give him a hearing he is 16 and knows what he wants to do with his home,that's right" HIS" it was his toes that were lost and it was me as his mother that fought and went to all the mediation meeting and fought for him ,it was me is mom that had it put in a special needs trust and I didn't and don't expect a dam thing out of it but for my son to have a great life and a great aspect on life ,I should write to any and all newspaper,"local poor boy becomes rich from ATV accident "and trustee robs him of family ,home ,his belongings,and his TRUST..and he's also taking a peace of property that I worked (as a home health aide) for years and purchased with my money ,...thank you for taking the time to read my review ...
