I had a great experience using these law offices. I found them online because they had great reviews. Ben Stirling was my attorney and he made the experience smooth from start to finish. Always accessible by phone, always organized, and most of all he knew what he was doing. The best thing is that they are flexible and work with you to really reduce the amount of in-person trips you need to make to the bare minimum. A lot can be done over the phone. Oh and another thing - everyone in his office is a team. Other attorneys, paralegals, negotiators etc provide their support too. I would easily recommend Ben to anyone who is busy, and suffered injury and needs to seek compensation for those injuries. He will fight for justice for you. I hope I never need him again but I know I would always come back.

Very bad customer service. Very unprofessional staff. They are so rude when you call. No one follows up on your case you have to continuously call for updates. You have to make calls and forward paper work that the firm is supposed to be doing on your behalf. Their actions made it clear that my case wasn't important to them. This is not the 1st time that I have been represented by this law firm but this will truly be my last. I have previously referred people to this firm but I will not be doing that anymore. This firm has went downhill
