The first thing when an accident happens so many things run through your mind. I google and came across this particular law firm because the reviews were awesome. From the time I sat down, and told them my case they work with me on any questions I had. They sat me up with therapy the following day. Once my therapy was done Susan was on my case. Every time I called she answered all my questions. She also kept me in the loop on what was happening with my case. My case settle in 6 months, and I am on my way to the bank. The process was very easy. Ben even gave me toys for the boys to play with, and a pen for me. Please call this law firm for anything you need help with dealing with the hope.

Loved working with Ben Stirling! I feel glad he was assigned my case as he did a wonderful job on it and was effective. Always accessible by phone, always organized, and most of all he knew what he was doing. When I say he kept the process for me streamlined I mean STREAMLINED- he worked on contingency, he didn't have me running around collecting my own records (he had support staff to do that), he was never hard for me to reach, and so on and so forth. I would easily recommend Ben several times over and I do actively recommend him to friends and family. I hope I never need him again but I know I would always come back.

I was in a serious highway accident that wasn't my fault but, caused by a runaway vehicle. The guy that hit me totaled my car in the tragedy and didn't have insurance. I had a small uninsured driver policy that I had to pay months of rehab, medical bills and of course short term disability wanted their cut too.
Ben Stirling still managed to get me back way more than I expected. This guy is no joke. I found Ben on the internet and hired him based on other comments. I'm telling y'all now, how he did what he did amazes me, trust me, I don't need another lawyer. Finding Ben Stirling was no accident for me.
Those out there who are careless in the future, hit me again, I dare you, double dare you, in fact I triple dare you.

My wife and I were rear ended by a drunk driver and totalled our car. I was so scared because we only had one car at the time and have never been in an accident before. While sitting in the ER I looked up what do to and after looking through reviews of other attorneys, I picked Ben. I submitted my information online to his “Get More Information!” section on his website at 3am and was contacted by him at 8am. He really helped us out and made us feel like he had our back. Because we were experiencing pain from the accident, Ben set us up with a great chiropractor who had Uber services so we didn’t have to worry about getting to our appointments. Throughout the process, we had many questions and he was always available to help us. Hopefully this never happens again, but if it did I know that Ben would be there to take care of us.
