Sean Larson absolutely delivered more than a perfect job. It was incredible to have the Waechter team take what I had presented and hit it out of the park. From my perspective it was a complete celebration amongst everyone involved in that court room. Whatever you’re defense may be chose the Waechter team.

I hired an attorney by the name of Joel Denning for two court cases that I needed a lawyer for. Before we ever went to court Mr. Denning unexpectedly passed away. Charlie being a very good friend of Mr. Denning stepped in and took over several of Mr. Manning's cases and mine were two of them. I would like everyone to know that first of all Charlie's secretaries are absolutely positively outstanding. They are extremely helpful and on top of everything. Charlie defended me in my first case. I could not ask for a better defense lawyer. And I was more then happy with the verdict. When it came to the second case Charlie's partner Shawn defended me. Again I was more then happy with the verdict. When it comes to the Charles Waechter Law Firm on a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 10 plus. Someone you care for has made a tremendous mistake and you are most likely lost in a storm of mixed emotions and uncertainty, I know because I was in your position This posting is intended to emphasize why you want Mr. Charles Waechter as your advocate
I use the word “advocate” because Mr. Waechter is more than just an excellent attorney.
While it is useless to say “don’t despair” it is worthwhile to assure you that Mr. Charles Waechter will be an invaluable resource as you navigate the legal storm ahead.
Even today, it is hard to describe the complete loss of control felt when our son-in-law was charged with internet child pornography. The severity of the charges would have certainly resulted in a substantial prison sentence were it not for the efforts of one man, Charlie Waechter.
As our family found, having the right person for the job is critical in today’s legal environment. While you may find other attorneys capable of providing representation, Mr. Waechter and his staff will go more that the extra mile on your behalf.
I do not intend to minimize the seriousness of the charges, but I must acknowledge that as a parent my priority is to defend my family. Without prior experience in the legal system (my assumption is that you, the reader, are in the same position currently) I was at a complete loss on where to turn. Fortunately for my family we found Charlie, save yourself further searching.
From our first meeting “Charlie” was open, honest, and most importantly, knowledgeable of the “real world” consequences of our situation. Not only did he provide legal representation but advised (actually required) a treatment plan to assist with the base issues which precipitated our legal problem.

Because of Mr. Waechter and his staff, our son-in-law received a greatly reduced charge. More importantly, he was sentenced to home detention allowing for extensive medical treatment and therapy. Thanks to our advocate, we are making progress, not just suffering punishment.
In my opening I noted “the most valuable aspect of Mr. Waechter’s representation is his experience”; I can EMPHASIZE this with more than just capital letters, I have Charlie’s ACTION to back it up. He was able to obtain permission for our son-in-law to attend his sister’s wedding. Access to the individuals who control your loved one’s life is NOT trivial, Mr. Waechter has access.

Are you people kidding me? We paid this clown $12,000 and he never even came to court,he sent someone else to get my wife and i put into a trap that we have been fighting to get out of since 2013. The only thing he did for us is spend our money. I dont know how he could possibly get 4 stars for services when he don't even go to court. He got our money dont let him get yours.

We hired Charlie to represent a family friend who was facing serious felony charges. Charlie got the very best outcome for this individual. He was responsive to our telephone calls and worked hard with the (very tough) prosecutor to secure a plea bargain that met almost all of our requests. He is well known and has a good working relationship with all the criminal justice community - prosecutors, police, etc.

Mr. Waechter was very positive and confident throughout the initial meeting and screening of a case. After the first meeting it was incredibly hard to get a hold of him, and we never met again before the court date. I met with him 5 minutes before my trial time, which is when he told me his "plan". Mr. Waechter did not put ANY effort into my case, and was a frustrating waste of money.

Charlie handled a small dispute case for me and did a fantastic job. I couldn't have been in the court room for more then 5 minutes the judge saw Charlie and immediately called our case first. Within 15 minutes of Charlie's presentation of my story and the law the case was promptly awarded in my favor. The other party and their attorney looked dumbfounded.
