I called this law firm regarding taking my case and when I asked the gentleman who answered the phone if I was speaking to the right law office I was abruptly told "IF I DON'T KNOW WHO IM SPEAKING WITH, THEN I SHOULD TAKE THEM OFF MY LIST" then he proceeded to hang up on me.... a paying customer.... YOU SIR HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND JUST LOST A CLIENT FOR YOUR LAW OFFICE!!
