They are all about how much money they will receive and will turn u away if its not what they expect. Hurt is hurt no matter what the damage to your car is.... I read the reviews but still decided to try them.... will never return there again.... got a second opinion

Not sure what was going on here.....but they are very unprofessional and insensitive to your needs. Ghetto -hood mentality from the young ladies who answer the phones and inattentive treatment from Joy (they attorneys assistant). They forget that without clients they would not be in business! The attorney himself was nice the one time I dealt with him after making a complaint and waiting a week for an appointment with him. Otherwise I was satisfied with my settlement.......but NEVER refer or use this place again!!!!

This law firm is very unprofessional!!! They don’t answer the phone been waiting for my money for over 1 year !!!!! They didn’t cover my hospital bills, and after signing for the check almost a week later still no check !!! And its nowhere near the amount expected!!! These people give a whole new meaning to the term ambulance chasers. I was in an auto collision on September 4, 2018. This dude Eli pops up out of nowhere giving me some bogus card saying to text the word injured to some number. He was very pushy and I didnt know what to do. I went to see them the next day and the office was messy and unorganized . I got a very bad vibe and after speaking to a lawyer that I ve known for years, I decided to drop them..I heard they are scam artist and shady. You can not contact them directly you have to email them.. I think they must have a police scanner and can tell where an accident is.. I would not recommend using this "law firm" anything.9

Have tried other law firms in the area and I have found them to be hit or miss. While the staff at Johnathan Resnick are definitely busy they have always won the cases I have worked with them on. The others law firms have won my cases about 50% of the time. For me personally I can handle a firm that is busy as long as they win my case.

Was referred here by a friend that had used them. They helped me with my car accident case and were helpful in getting my doctor bills taken care of and even a rental car while mine was getting repaired. They even said that I was entitled to additional money for injuries from my accident. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of how busy they were and I had to wait for 15 mins. The staff while friendly are very matter of fact - something I was OK with as long as they took care of my case, which they did.

It was a very good experience working with the law office of Mr. Resnick. My car accident case was resolved and I received my settlement check from the at fault insurance 5 months after the accident, seems like a long time but it already took me over 3 months just to treat my neck and back pain. In short, I am happy with my recovery and the amount of settlement. The lawyer and his staff were professional, attentive and great to deal with . Thank you!

If I could rate zero stars I would. These people are the worst with everything they do!! I had to wait a year for my settlement and it was NOT with it! I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone.

I am writing this as a current and not returning client. Doesn't seem like they (the clients) are their concern. I have called them several times in the past 2 months to get an update on my case and haven't heard a word back from anyone. Not only that, one day I called and had to tell the girl that answered the phone that she is very rude and needed to fix her attitude. See someone like this used to could set me off but I have grown. Even still, why am I having to tell a receptionist that? My next reports that I will write will be to the BBB and the Maryland State Bar. Knowing me is to know that I am not one to play with when it comes to my money or a service that you are supposed to be providing. If you don't want or don't think you need the work, simply turnover my case files so we can seek other counsel. I have one more call to make tomorrow that I am sure will not make any difference or yield any results but this will set off a chain of events that they will regret making me have to do.

Update 08/14/2019: We have since removed this law office from our case and parted ways. We moved our case to another office better equipped to handle our matters.

They are so unprofessional all around. My accident was1/4/19 & i been trying to contact them to get updates .They don't return calles my case was given to two different people cause they was fired . You can't never get an appointment with Mr. Resnick at all . They changed their voicemail system 5 times already and each time it get worst. My recommendations is to don't due business with them. I'm still trying to get my case information so that I can go to another lawyer.

My accident happened 10/30/2018 and today it’s 5/30/2019 and I haven’t received anything but a letter from them 2months ago saying my case would be settled, and still nothing! You call the office no one ever answers, and when they do they have no clue who has your case, they give you numbers to different people and they have no clue of what’s going. I’m sick of hearing the very few times I was able to speak to someone” Mrs. Russell, so and so can help you with your case”! That’s a lie! No one had an answer. They transferred my case with out me knowing! I had faith when I spoke with Mr Richard, he sounded like he had it under control, I haven’t heard from him every since. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is very unprofessional overall. I never once got a chance to speak to the lawyer personally. It was hard to get in touch with his secretary and whenever we did speak she had little to no information for me. Within the 9 months they represented me I probably spoke to someone 5 times If that. When they first reached out to me for representation they left out a lot of information (which is my fault I should’ve looked into it but this was the first time I’ve been in a situation like this so I was unaware) They claimed I would not have to pay for them representing me the other person would. They failed to mention that they take 1/3 of your settlement. They received $2000 for not doing anything. I’m sure I could’ve found a lawyer way cheaper that would’ve actually communicated more and made it seem as if they really cared about me and my best interest. While sitting in the office waiting to pick up my check the two women at the front desk were very unprofessional. Ignoring my existence while I’m waiting to be seen, having personal conversations about after work plans etc. I sat in the waiting room for over a hour because one of them forgot to tell the secretary I was in the waiting room. I am just overall displeased with this company and would recommended it to NO ONE. If it wasn’t for the fact that I waited over 9 months trying to settle I would’ve declined the offer and tried to find other representation. If anyone actually takes the time to read this RUN!!!!!! Find someone else that will actually care about you and to meet your needs. Don’t let them get you like they did me.

Have been a faithful client of this office and have always asked to be assisted by Ms. Kimmie N. I had at least 5 car accident cases with this lawyer in the past 15 years and have always happy with the outcome of my case. I also let they took care of my immigration case. I am a happy customer. I have never visited the Baltimore office but have visited the VA office and Lanham office, the offices are nice and the people work there are very professional.

I'm very happy with the service! I went to the Virginia office and met the paralegal, Kimmie She was very helpful regarding my bankruptcy case. When I met with The lawyer he was very comforting and I was able to keep my house and was able to keep my house and belonging where other law office said they could not help. I recently had an accident and went back to Kimmie Nguyen, she is still great. This office helped me to get my money and paid off all the Medical bills in a timely manner. I have since then recommended all my friends and family.

I was rear ended on Sunday couldn't move the next morning and call 911 I was referred to this lawyer through the emt .I got a phone call from Ms. Charmaine Battle who appered nice over the phone promised all kinds of money over the first phone call. I have used The Law Offices of Johnathan Resnick for my past three accidents which were all rear ends. They were understanding and very efficient with arranging my physical therapy, car insurrance claims, getting my rental vehicle, my car repaired, and a good settlement. They also provided transportation to and from their office. Moly, one of the parallegal assistants, is awesome! She is very organized and responds quickly to messages. You can't go wrong using their services. They definitely take the stress out of having to deal with an accident.

I've been dealing someone from the law office name (Molly). I guess she is assigned to my case. I can never get a hold of her over phone. I'm sure if i was given an email wouldn't respond. My accident happen over ago. My friend recommend this law firm which I have used in the past. The outcome was great! However, this time around I am very disappointed with the service that I have received. I this will be my last case. I will no longer do business with this law firm.

My accident happened in December of 2016 and I still don't have a settlement nor do I know the status of it. Very unprofessional, poor customer service, poor communication and a scam. I had someone run a red light in a car and t-bone me in my truck and I get permanent back injuries because of it and truck gets totaled and then​ get offered a tiny amount for settlement which they try to convince me to except, and then on top of that they get my paperwork wrong, and then when I call and question what's going on they get upset with me. I do not recommend you use the law firm. I have yet to speak with the actual attorney always a paralegal

You can't talk to him without making an appointment. You want to ask one question you need to make an appointment. And person he assign to your case is crazy she wanted me to do her job. The phone staff, need to take classes on "HOW TO ANSWER AND TALK TO PEOPLE". And like a lot of folks said on here, they don't call you back for days. Only at the end of the settlement that I met someone who was polite she was really nice. I was so glad the Lord saved me.

This attorney is a joke I would like to see proof of his law degree and his incompetent staff certifications because it screams SCAM! Robin his secretary who handles the claims are never available but will ask you to reach out in an email and when you ask valid questions your concerns will go unanswered. You will never personally speak or chat with Mr. Resnick himself why he's been in business so long is because people who wait longer and longer for settlements usually forget they exist. Not only will you wait months to hear from these unprofessional staff you will become confused about who is at fault because they will make you feel as if your the person at fault! I can't believe I went through with this law office after being in a car accident with a family member this could have costed me my life and still no liability. If I were in my own vehicle at the time no doubt my own car insurance PROGRESSIVE would have solved this problem in 1 phone call.

I dont recommed the stuff here. The secretary only knows to talk non stop but she wont get anything done.i felt like they were against me because the secretary was always defending; even u wont get the chance to meet the attorney. Finaly i found a better attorney and left them.

My ex girlfriend and I were in a car accident a few years ago where I was rear ended by an unisured driver that passed out due to not taking her meds and was driving without an license.. Just by chance some guy was on the side of the road and gave me Resnicks card I called them while we were at the hospital and went to the office the following daying was set up with a nice rental, physical therapy by my house, and we received our money in less than 2 months. I just recently recommended his office to my new girlfriends dad.

Very bad service. As your lawyer they don't work for you as they should. They had my case for 6 months ! And still have yet to settle because they're waiting on my hospital bills which they should I had since the first month of my case !
