I have worked with Mr. Mallon’s office frequently. Everyone is very nice and they usually get back to you in a timely manner.

He is a very good at attorney.

I went to this company to attempt to get a wage dispute handled. I signed up with Mr. Pike who assured me I had a "really good case" and he would have a demand letter ready "in a couple weeks." Two months later and I still had no demand letter and my emails were going un-answered. He had many excuses as to why it wasn't done including "other client emergencies" and "one of the attorney's had a baby" (which last time I checked is something you can plan for) Ultimately I would go weeks at a time without hearing from him and when I attempted to contact him via email it was a toss up as to wether or not my email would be returned. (The time he answered my email the fastest was when I told him i had gotten injured at work and he attempted to sign me up with him for my workman's comp claim as well.... lol. NOPE) After two months with zero movement on my case despite initially being promised a demand letter 2 weeks after signing, I finally called and spoke to the secretary and told her that I no longer required Mr. Pike's services and he was fired. I would not recommend this firm to anyone who wants timely results in their case.
