I did not hire this gentleman because he did not specialize in the services that I needed, However, he talked with me at great length over the phone about my needs and recommended another lawyer that could support me. I was involved in a terrible case facing assault charges in the second degree. And I called Richard Scott’s office. Before I begin to speak about his performance I will tell you that his office is very professional and helpful. You can tell they get the messages back to him because you never wait long for him to return your call. Now Richard was very straight forward to me and gave me the reality of the situation and what he could do for me with my case. He made me feel at ease and kept me up to date with everything that would be done and I should do to help myself. On my court date it was like watching a lawyer from a tv series he was very charismatic when he spoke on my behalf you could really feel that he controlled the room. He was dressed very sharp and you can tell he was very familiar with the court room and prosecutors. Long story short he beat my case for me, and if I ever got in any trouble again in my life up there In the Baltimore area (hopefully never do) I will definitely be contacting him he is a great guy.

I will never forget my first letter I was served to appear in court and had no clue where to start. I had never had bad experience with the law and was worried I might even lose my nursing practice license. The irony is that where I sought Mr. Richard Scott's advise and services to represent me, he gave me so much hope and encouragement and told me that everything was going to be alright! On the court day, to my suprise, upon being called I did not have to say even a word. Mr. Scott stood up and told the judge I had a clean record, very hardworking and ambitious and was willing to do 24 hours community service for my mistakes. The judge asked me if I agree and I quickly stated "yes your honor". My 500 dollars fine was also waived. I left that court like I had just hit a million dollar jackpot! I truly can't thank Mr. Scott enough. I would highly recommend anyone with any issues with the court to seek Mr. Scott's free advise. Great Lawyer, Great service!!

Bar Association provided a referral to Mr. Scott for a landlord/tenant case. Spoke to him for less than 5 minutes in which time he accused me of calling various lawyers trying to retain their services after I referenced another conversation with a lawyer. This was not the case as I had called a free legal advice service which was not a lawyer that I was able to retain and ultimately called the Bar Association for a referral to Mr. Scott when I was ready to retain a lawyer for my issue. After he spoke unprofessionally to me I asked why he was accusing me of something that was not accurate, at which time he hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion.

Such a great lawyer. versing my opion would still not b strong enough words for how great Mr.Scott is.now he can sometimes tell u the way it is,bitter or sweet,but he will never guide you wrong!I find Mr.Scott to be many of being Positive,very intelligent, kind, strong,energetic, heartful, sensitive,beautiful person,with the power to help you in way's most lawyer's can not.trust me,you definitely will be happy with all and any services he can and or will provide to you ,your friends,and loved ones!we were referred from a friend,and now, i will forever have a genuine friend and one hell of a lawyer "Mr Scott" !

At first I wasn’t sure about him I had to remind him so many times about my case lol but he came through ! On my day in court I had about 8 different charges he got all of them dropped and I was only left with 1 because of a plea and that charge was NOTHING compared to what I was charged with it could’ve been worse !
