Great knowledgeable staff! They helped a lady I know get her Social Security benefits I'm just weeks, not years. She was able to call and actually speak someone at Disability Support Services any time she called. Very helpful and that get fast results!

Knowledgeable and helpful staff

This place has been one of the most disappointing that I have dealt with over the years. From missed appointments they set to unreturned call multiple times, it was a bad start that got worse. The second person I dealt with was lazy and uneducated as to the laws that I was telling her information she should have known. Then when it was obvious I was irritated, she started lying and telling me things Trish who had tried to help had told me earlier had already provided answers to. When I tried to get answers she kept repeating we can't help you which as an advocacy group, they should help all or direct us to proper placement. It's bad enough I am dealing with health issues, this place just made everything worse and now I have to start over.

As a fellow disability advocate, I can say for sure that Chris and his firm are absolutely top notch.
