If I could give Mr. Greenwell a minus rating, I would do so without hesitation. Mr. Greenwell is undependable and rude. He offered to make a home visit for a disabled friend; set the appointment himself for the following day at 9:00 a.m. and then failed to show. I left two messages while we waited 30 minutes for him to arrive and received not so much as a return call with an explanation or an attempt to reschedule. All parties were present; taking time off work to be available at the meeting, but Mr. Greenwell never showed up and didn’t have the courtesy to cancel or call back. Very disappointing as he was aware this was an urgent matter and apparently couldn’t care less. I STRONGLY SUGGEST that you seek a reputable paralegal. We did and were very satisfied. Everything happens for a reason.
