This law firm is the most unprofessional office ever. Do not trust what they tell you, make sure you get in writing, and document every conversation.

Unfortunately I couldn't give the "0". Very unprofessional. Don't give them any of your personal information. I've made payment arrangements for several months now but I was a few days late this month. Instead of trying to reach me, they called my place of employment. I work overnight and it slipped my mind. It was my fault for forgetting but calling my job without trying me first was absolutely uncalled for. I will be contacting the bar association and I recommend everyone else does also. I will call them tomorrow because they aren't open now and just sit back and watch karma get those scumbags.

John E. Linder Is a JOKE! I was on my case search looking into something else , and I realized I had a lawsuit from this place for a hospital bill at Hopkins, that I thought I had paid . i asked them to resend the court papers because they said someone would SWARE on the stand that they gave them to me which they did not. I spoke with Ms "SMITH" who was a complete B! she lies , and she is rude. She told me she was going to send me court papers (resend) in the beginning of march i called back FIVE days later and she says , well i said i would talk to my manager before i sent them . which she NEVER said because i recorded the call , she then said i had to take it up with the post office LMAO. so i asked to speak to the office manager who's name was Greg , he raised his voice and continued to talk over me . he was helpful in our first conversation where he told me he would send the paper out himself (AGAIN FOR THE 3RD TIME) - a week later never got them , i call and he says he thinks he did like WTH. no one ever sent them out and if they say they have people that will testify on the stand that they served people papers then the justice system needs fixed , cause that's BS. i have MORE then enough money to pay my bills so if i owed this i would pay this but i don't , i had to get another lawyer involved for legal advice which is sad . I wish to NEVER work with this firm again they are a JOKE. MS SMITH WAS BY FAR THE WORST PERSON TO WORK WITH AND SHE LIES , PLEASE DO NOT PAY THIS LAW FIRM ANY MONEY

They made an offer for 25% less of total debt, and when I called to pay it they said they never did. I asked them to hear the recording, and they said I had to go to court and request it. They are extremely rude, and have no customer service skills. Wish I could do a negative rating.

They made setting up a payment plan fairly easy and worked with what my financial ability was. However they give you a payment date but it is SO HARD to get anyone to answer the phone! Every time I call I get an automated message saying to hold for a rep and then it's just dead air! Some one answers the phone maybe 25% of the time.

A heart less debt collector, who represents a private medical institution whose doctor's don't care not only about the well being of their patients but also perscribe them whatever drugs are being pushed by their pharmaceutical reps at the time most likely to get a free vacation... Welcome to brave New world, and have a nice day. P.s. they're not scared to drag you into court for their client of which you probably signed paper work for while drugged.... Unbelievable any lawyer would take up such a low form of practice.

If it was possible, I would rate them a zero! After paying off medical bills, it took them over 3 months to send a statement to the court and my employer stating that I have satisfied and paid everything in full. Of course it takes them 5 seconds to garnish money out of your account or from your pay, but when it comes to me requesting the overdrawn money back, they responded with "it's a process and will take a few weeks." This was after "Laura or Laurel" whatever her name is, told me that it was my responsibility to contact my payroll office and tell them my debt was paid in full. That was such a stupid thing to say, because if it was up to me I would have called and lied a year ago and told them that I paid it in full to stop the garnishment. I needed the proof and documentation from the courts. Till this day, I am still waiting for my refund and they have the audacity to act as if they are annoyed with me. They have stopped returning my phone calls and now MR. GREG (the manager) is always out of the office or away from his desk. This place is a fraud.

First, I’d have to say and based off of my experience with this Law firm is that they are bottom feeders; not capable of obtaining any real meaningful assignments!

I will and without doubt be filing a compliant with the US Attorney requesting an investigation. (I have the resources and means to do so). This will be made as a priority.

This law firm has more than crossed the boundaries of mail fraud as well as wire fraud on several documented occasions. Who is to say how long this has been transpiring?

This law firm has also on several proven and documented occasions violated the FDCPA. If a collector has violated the FDCPA, you can sue the collector in a court of law. FDCPA states that collectors may only collect original debts, so if this law firm has attempted to add “adjusted” fees then this is illegal! If they have contacted you via federal postal service with any fraudulent charges in an attempt to collect; then this is an attempt to deceive and defraud by means of federal services and is a federal crime. They can not charge any operating expenses as this is illegal as those are normal operating expenses incurred in operating a business on a day to day basis. Additionally, they will also use those as tax deductions and will constitute so to speak as double dipping; therefore equating to tax fraud.

There needs to be regulations and oversight placed on these collection agencies and their unlawful, threatening and coercing practices.

Most people don’t retain their documentation as I have and without it these scum bags can say you owe anything and the courts will side with them.

If you have made any payments on any fraudulent or inaccurate charges to them electronically this is wire fraud and the law firm needs to be held accountable.

In my situation, I am fortunate enough or perhaps even call it luck that I just happened to retain proof of payment by several avenues.

Ive learned for tax purposes; anything that is purchased or paid to always put the receipt in storage even if it is an old shoe box! You will always have the proof and be able to go back to your records. People make errors, but like most people when they see the title lawyer or attorney or esq and think errors can not be made they are wrong. I am going to prove otherwise. Even if the error was made on the client side the error was still made.

ZERO STARS! Crooks, they illegally took money out of my account and the ignorant staff, Ms. Smith in particular, are terrible to deal with. No customer service, apparently no one works in the offices there because no one is ever available or at their desk. These people are the worst.

John lindner sent me a letter stating I owed him money from a medical bill, I attempted to contact him 3 times, left a message twice to have it verified because both me and my father have the same name and I have had a couple of his medical Bill's placed on my credit or billed to me. Even though a representative from this law office has yet to contact me he decided to sue me, mind you without confirming the debt with me so I can have this handled. The only bill I have I set up financial aid for. I feel like this guys business practices are unprofessional seeing that he hasnt returned my call or messages. Very unprofessional and I will not stand to be treat like this. If you are reading this go through your messages. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general for this unprofessional treatment!!!!!

That one who answers the phone is the NASTIEST thing I've ever spoken or had to deal with, Yeap the name is Smith, RUDE ASS person with the last name SMITH. She needs to go take some customer services classes again, because I swear I would rather speak to a professional than with the person! I give them a - - -5!!!! IF I HAD THAT KIND OF MONEY RUDE ASS I WOULD PAY THE HOSPITAL AND NOT THE LAWYER WITH ALL THE EXTRA FEES!!!

The only one who ever bothered to help me work out a payment plan that I could actually afford was Josh. He was very nice to me on the phone and didn't laugh at me like the previous person I was dealing with did. The previous man told me I needed a large lump some at once then I can work out a payment plan of a minimum of 200 a month. If I had that kind of money I wouldn't be in debt to begin with! Thank you Josh for working with my budget. I'd rather be paying what I can afford each month then nothing at all towards the bill.

Completely unethical liars! Do not believe or trust anything they say, call your own attorney to protect yourself. Don't waste your time listening to their lies.

My fault, forgot to pay a medical bill. Karen was incredibly helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

Beware making a payment arrangement with them - they WILL freeze your bank account. It happened to me and I couldn't even pay my rent and monthly expenses.

I didn't pay a Hopkins bill so I was sent to them for collections. On me to begin with. Karen is fantastic.

First of all if I could give them 0 stars I would. I agree with all of the other people who gave this law firm a 1 star rating. The first time that I was called by them I told them that I wanted to see everything in writing. The person who I was talking to was rude and hung up the phone (later I found out that they all tend to do that if you disagree with what they have to say) and I never received anything in the mail until I was given a court notice. I tried calling them back multiple times before I received the court notice but my calls would not go through. . At first I thought that this was a scam to get me to send them money. I then discovered that they blocked my phone number when I called from a friend's phone and the call went through but when the automated system prompted me to put in my number it would instantly disconnect. I have had to block my number to call them from my phone and then input a fake number in the prompt in order to speak to someone. Everyone who I have had to talk to is unprofessional rude and inappropriate. Yeah I'm talking about you Mr. Wonder, Ms. Smith, and Bridgette. I am filing a complaint with the bar association and I will be contacting all of the hospitals that this firm represents to inform them of the way they conduct business.

Very shady and ruthless. Did not keep their end of the agreement. Filed with the courts right after i spoke to them and made a payment. I assume, just to get paid.

The most worthless law office I've ever encountered! They keep on chasing me for a medical bill which was not my responsibility as I was under my parents insurance and they were the ones who were paying the bill. After I got medical charges removed from my credit report, they proceeded to send me fake notices for a garnishment case from my district court in an envelope from pnc. Everytime i call to speak to the manager the desk receptionist Linda Smith would put me on hold to only tell me no one was there. Bridget riser never contacts me back (office manager) and even told me they don't offer economic forbedence apps for unemployed people. Well called back another day and turn out that was a flat out lie. Because that was the very app that got the charges removed from my credit report. Then "mrs.banks" had the audacity as ask me how I pay to take care of my child but can't pay them after sending me fake garnishment statements that are not in the hands of my court, with false court letterheads, false court dates, and more when I'm a stay at home mom and can't afford to work, I get assistance for medical care, and to feed my child. They are the most unprofessional, heartless, sketchy people I've ever spoken to. Currently consulting a lawyer to get them off my watch. I DO NOT reccomened giving them any information until you show your notices to a lawyer.

Very unprofessional, these people are running a very shady business. Whenever you have an issue that can't be resolved they transfer to the manager Greg who never speaks to you directly. I've left several messages to this person to no avail.
