I had a case that was a 12 year old VOP. It wasn't until I got fed up with the public defenders office that I brought Mr. Cook on as my attorney. He talked to me on multiple occasions to make sure he had all the details of my case. He asked me questions and actually let me respond without cutting me off like other attorney's I've spoken with. At one point, he called to check on me to make sure that I was handling what I needed to and to see if I had any more questions for him. When we went to court, he was very prepared, sat with me while we waited to see the judge, which really helped calm my nerves, and he had given me an idea of what was probably gonna be the outcome, but he made sure I knew that it was up to the judge on the end. Overall, I was thoroughly pleased with all the guidance, advice, and representation that I received from Mr. Cook.
