This is the worst place ever. My case has been settled for over a year and they refuse to release my check that I am due for my own suffering. I am now going to be forced to contact the Attorney General office , the BBB, and pay for an attorney to just get my check released. Horrible - I have an email in writing that my full funds were supposed to be released before now and no one will tell me anything.

What a shame to keep a disabled persons money and refuse to release it. I am filing with everyone I can to try and get my funds that were legally awarded to me a very very long time ago. I go hungry and can't buy food so they can make interest. I wonder wat the AG will say about that.

Zero star The case has been settled almost one year now the office got paid and we still didn’t get paid, they still sit on the money making interest, worth place ever.

My case was settle and I'm still waiting on my check and now when i email them i get no responce

I contacted this law firm because they specialize in the type of cancer my wife passed away from. From the beginning, they have been very attentive to my needs and those of the case. The Case Manager let me know if there were any issues or what point in the process it was.

I know everyone has different experiences, but to date mine has been very positive and encouraging.

These guys are bad people they took all my money and I got nothing they did not do their job for me they use scare tactics to scare me in to signing the last paper work they got my $40•500 and I got - 0 - it's not right I'm the one that suffered and am still suffering the law suit was mesh remove don't trust them I did try to contact them with the phone number below and got no where they said that they deserve to get all my money's so how it this right as I said they are out to help them self not the people that get hurt

I would have gone with zero but wasn't allowed. AW contracts out with other firms. The one I was unlucky to get treated me with rude and very uncaring folks...I'm the one with cancer and do not deserve this treatment

No STARS!!!!! This place is the WORST..They will NOT RETURN CALLS..The receptionist giggled at me because I was upset that I've been ignored..My case has been setteled for almost 3 yrs..STILL NOT PAID..THE LAWYERS GOT PAID..I was told Sorry the person on your case has been out for a couple weeks..They don't have anyone else to cover for people who are out? What kind of place is this? Wish this nightmare would end..Andruss and Wagstaff ..HORRIBLE ZERO STARS
