I have seen many commercials of Frank Azar on TV, and after hearing some of his and his associates stories I thought that would be a great team to have behind me. When I met Phil Amos who took my case I had no doubt that he would be GREAT.! He was a spectacular lawyer who I was grateful having on my side in this difficult time. He worked fast and fought hard.

I was in a horrible car accident in September. Frank Azar and Associates came to my rescue. The attorney assigned to my case was Phil Amos. He came and met me while I was still in the hospital and was awesome from there. My case was a little complex because the driver at fault was my boyfriend and Phil did everything I needed him to and more! He made me feel very comfortable the whole time, explaining every step as we went along. He got me the most money that was possible without hindering my relationship with my unborn baby's father!! I would recommend him to anybody that needs a lawyer that cares about people. He takes his job very serious but is also a real person that you can talk to! If I need a lawyer again I will be hiring him for sure. But if I don't I will see him again in the spring time for a round of golf!!

Poor communication, the assign lawyer Jon Topolewski, to busy to even return my calls, giving me a lot of red flags how poor communication will be in my case, I requested to be withdrawn from their legal representation since I haven’t even talk with Jon after leaving several messages with no luck, the Tabares person very bad in replying to text messages, their receptionist leave me talking and immediately put me on hold, no good for me at all, still waiting on the release of my file.

After an entire YEAR from my wife getting t-boned, countless specialists visits, endless co-pays, we were offered less than the co-pays added up to. Like not even close.
Forget trying to get somebody on the phone to give us updates.
Just a horrible experience, we would definitely not recommend! Advice, go elsewhere. This is not a "Strong arm", this was a leg puller...

My son was in an accident and received thorough services through Frank Azar’s firm. The attorney assigned Matthew Bennett, did not do an excellent job as I thought he would. Very disappointed with the delays and poor communication. When we thought he was going above and beyond, all he was doing is taking his time and adding fees that we didn’t know about till the end of my sons case. The attorney working on the case before Matthew (Raj Shohan) was more are diligent, committed and honest which says a lot about his integrity.
We could have and should have made a better choice for a reputable attorney after Raj left Frank Azar’s practice, as we were not satisfied with Matthew Bennett’s services.

I was hurt in a car accident and I called Frank Azar. Eventually my case was given to Sean McCrary. I cannot even describe the knowledge, talent, and just the right amount of aggressiveness that he put into my case. There was never a time I felt uneasy after speaking to Sean. Frank Azar is the worst Attorney ever! I was electrocuted to death on a job in 2014. While I was in a coma in the hospital my son hired his firm. I made a miraculous recovery and went to see Frank after I was released from rehab. During that conversation I was told he couldn't help with my problem and that he recommended I get on well fair. So I hired Jordan Law firm and won my case. Frank Azar can't handle a case that takes actual work. Only hands down insurance cases in my opinion!

Everybody was just fantastic and accommodating of my schedule. They sent Alex Garcia to assess my case and he was incredibly polite, knowledgeable and informative. Matt Bennett was extremely communicative. He kept me up to datr in my case via text, email and phone calls. Mallorie and Adam that closed my case for me, worked with my schedule and were so gracious when I was late for my final meeting. I would not hesitate to use them again and I recommend them constantly.

I got T-Boned by a driver that was texting. Denver police department didn’t show up to investigate. I am hurt she hit me going 45 miles an hour. Frank Azars goons didn’t want to pursue this case. I can’t work because my back hurts so much. I’m considering sueing both the Denver police department and frank azar.

I have had this claim going on for over a year now since 11/2018. I spoke with my attorney the beginning of October. I have called him probably every week for an update and no call back. He’s always “in a meeting” or not in the office. I haven't received a call, an email or anything back. I just want an update on my case what’s goin on or something. This is very unprofessional and At this point I wouldn’t recommend them.

The Strong Arm...excellent 4 if u need legal representation against an insurance company..applied for work here and was passed up after 2 interviews...reapplied after still receiving email hiring notifications only to be told that positions were filled...i still get hiring notifications to this day for them, my guess is that positions have been filled?...pretty sure they went with the kid that had a pink shirt and pink tie, w pastel socks...maybe being a military vet that meets the necessary job criteria isnt enough...next interview maybe ill try dressing a little more flamboyant instead of just regular old black suit and red tie...also kind of odd, i have never been told im overqualified and under experienced...then directed to apply for police...so maybe i shall...

Back around the beginning of summer, I was involved in a major car accident that left me with 6 broken vertebrae as a passenger. Let me begin by saying I never had the opportunity to meet Mr. Azar himself. I'm sure he's a fine attorney and businessman but this review, however, is all about the amazing women at this firm, specifically, Tonya, Shannon, and Danielle. My mother and I were involved in a car accident and from the very beginning, we felt everything was being taken care of by these three wonderful women and we could focus on feeling better and healing. Attorney Tonya professionally oversaw the whole process and dealt smoothly with the insurance companies. Attorney Shannon first met with us at the hospital and expertly advised us on the course of action we should take and was there just to listen at times. Legal Secretary Danielle was our point of contact. She worked hard in the background making sure all the paperwork and documents were in order and was always there to answer questions with a smile and a great attitude. I would also like to give a shoutout to all the receptionists who coordinate everything wonderfully behind the scenes. All these women were rock stars for us. We ended up with a good settlement and we wouldn't think twice about using them again or recommending them. My advice to those seeking a personal injury attorney, is to first contact the Azar firm, of course, but also to go into this whole process being realistic. Million dollar payouts happen, but they are not the norm. I currently have Franklin D. Azar & Associates representing me for a personal injury case (auto accident, not my fault) and recently posted a negative review but was contacted by Mr. Zachary Balkin within 5 hours. He called me “after-hours” and still took time to explain any and every little detail that I asked about. I was impressed by his genuine concern that a client wasn’t satisfied.
It was over two months ago since I posted this review, and I haven’t heard a single word from my attorney regarding my case in that time. There is no follow up, I feel as though I’m being intentionally ignored at this point. This last week I received more spam emails about irrelevant class action law suits from Frank Azar than I have seen from my attorney in the entire 15 months that I have been working with them (can’t really call it “working with them” cause all I do it stand around and wonder what’s going on).

Matt Bennet was a fantastic lawyer. He was helpful and on top of things. He made us very happy. He was also a great guy in person. Fantastic personality and very professional. He took quick action and was helpful in our many concerns and very responsive.

I had Jordan Coley as my attorney and she was wonderful! She was very responsive in our emails and she kept me up to date with the process so I never felt out of the loop. PLEASE Dont waste you time with this firm. I strongly reccomend you to seek other options. They give you appointments after 1 week of your accident, they drop the ball and you will lose a precious time for your recovery.

This company is all about the money, they ask questions like did your accident end up on the news, or was the ambulance dispatched...they access wether the case will get them on TV or make them
money. If it’s not a bad accident where they can say they got you at least $50,000 then they won’t take the case! The other driver hit me while I was standing still and they wouldn’t take the case because it didn’t make TV nor enough money for their commercials! DONT CALL FRANK AZAR!! Fraud
