Avoid at all costs! Hiring this law firm is hiring a middleman that sides with the insurance company. They were eager to settle for a low settlement. After negotiating with them I was able to increase that settlement by over 50%. They will not fight for your case.

There is no communication. If you want any information you have to continually check-in. Very rare to receive updates on your case without first asking.

This law firm claims to handle your medical bills. However, I had to manage a bill for one of my providers and received a call about another bill going to collections. Yes, they were aware of the bill. Don't expect for them to keep track of medical bills either. I clarified with the law firm the outstanding medical bills to make an educated decision for accepting the settlement. Found out later that the outstanding medical bills were almost three times as much.
