hello every one just to let you know ... Ben Norton very unprofessional. He was handling my injury case for more than a year, with out updating me of the process of the case. Suddenly he got off my case saing that his too small Attorney for my case. Now i dont even know what to explain to the next attorney. I dont know how much is my medical bills and so on.

When one lawyer said no chance Ben remained optimistic. He worked diligently on my case. I highly recommend him. He got me a fair settlement and I am very pleased. Thank you Ben

My girlfriend and I were in Colorado on a six month vacation when my girlfriend got struck by a car while crossing the road, one week prior to having to drive to Canada to comply with her visa. This was an extremely stressful time for us due to her injuries. On top of this we were not familiar with the mind field that is the US health system nor the local rules and laws.

Although the driver was at fault (full liability was admitted), we had a number of issues with our travel insurance coverage which left us out of pocket. Ben Norton screwed up a simple clerical error, and cost me everything, after I was rear~ended by a semi in my Miata, in 2016. They got my date of loss incorrect, even though their own internal records show it correctly.

... I guess the only cool thing about this whole debacle, is that I'd would be getting a "ceast & desist" order from Paul Fischer & Ben Norton, if I was lying, and I'd have to pull my review. See Yelp, too.
