Phil Harding and Chris Parrish helped me with my settlement against a large insurance company for an auto accident. Before I talked to the Harding legal team the insurance company offered to pay 70% of my repairs but not my medical bills. After Phil took my case I received a settlement 10 times the amount the insurance company ever wanted to negotiate for repairs and pain and suffering. Phil and Chris also negotiated the subrogation with my insurance company. For those who are not familiar with subrogation it put more money in my pocket from the bad experience from my auto accident. Phil and Chris were always updating me via email and telephone. I never had trouble reaching Phil, during off hours his office number got me right to his cell phone. After my final settlement was reached with the insurance company I received a check from Phil Harding the next day in the mail. And once the subrogation was finalized I received another substantial check in the mail the very next day.
