I would have been screwed if it wasn’t for Michael. I was charged for a crime I did not commit, and it was a case of mistaken identity. The cop, and Plaintiff didn’t care, they wanted to charge me anyway. From the very first phone call, he believed I was innocent and fought for me. In court, he completely shut down the Plaintiff and left him speechless. He was able to get my case dropped before it even went to trial. Mike did not overstate my position, he admitted it would be very difficult if not impossible to achieve an outcome that I would find acceptable. Mr Fienman's law firm is clearly an example of great representation. I happened to get a speeding ticket on my way to new york to see my sick wife and the last thing i needed at that point was a speeding ticket. He contacted me first, which showed that some lawyers do actually care about you as a person despite their busy schedule.

When I got an underage drinking and traffic violation I had no idea what lawyer to choose, so I went with a friend's recommendation. That choice soon became a nightmare.
