I highly recommend Mr. Fontanez. He helped me get a case dropped without me paying a single dollar. Yes, it was a very minor incident but he still helped and I'm forever grateful.

This place only has one star because you have to at least do that too write a review. Their office staff are rude and seem as if they don't want nothing to do with clients or to be bothered. I had this guy represent me on traffic tickets while I was living in Florida. I come back to jersey to get pulled over do to something else minor and find out my license was suspended for failure to appear in which his brother who I spoke to through the process because he was never there told me I would recirec a letter once the matter was resolved and I will be golden. Nope come to find out they did nothing, I had to pay for an unlicensed driving ticket $500 and 3 years worth of restitution $100 each year due to the unprofessionalism in this office and then being unorganized. Do yourself a favor and get a real lawyer with a real name who treats their clients like they are more than a check.

This guy suuuucks!!! As a public defender he's ok but as a private attorney this guy is ass as hell!!! Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on an attorney who actually going to fight for you. I think I would've gotten a better deal if a crackhead represented me!
