Mark is a great lawyer, he is personable and not uptight like some lawyers. I came to him with a sad case about an apartment complex that refused to let me out of my lease even though the condition of the apartment was horrible. Mark was able to get me out of the lease and he even got me some money back from them! He’s also easy on the eyes which is a plus.

which I think he is one of Philly’s BEST eviction lawyer that I have met. The day I’ve met Mark, from his professional appearance, I thought he will be one expensive lawyer. But, I have to say, his charge was reasonable and inexpensive. He did a phenomenal job representing my father’s eviction case, which my father had complicated tenants who wanted to live rent-free. Eviction process can be a headache and stressful for landlords, but, Mark made the process as simple as it could be for us and he was there from start to finish. I really like how we were able to communicate with him directly anytime when we needed him (which not all lawyers are able to do). This lawyer deserves more than 5 stars for the work and the outstanding services provided for his client.

My husband and I hired Mark 3 years ago for my oldest daughter who was falsely arrested by her ex-husband, Mark worked with us and represented my daughter who was found not guilty on all charges and worked until the record was cleared. I remembered that he did such a great job that when my youngest daughter was arrested for DUI we had to retain him again for her case with the same great outcome not guilty on all counts, it turned out to be a medical emergency due to her type 1 diabetes and he won that point in court. My husband and I were going through a very stressful situation with our landlord that resulted in us breaking our lease. Our landlord then had the audacity to sue us instead of letting us leave peacefully even though, according to Philadelphia law, we had every right to break our lease. This resulted in us, with the help of Mr. Copoulos, filing a counterclaim. Throughout the entire filing-continuance-time consuming performance that reporting to court ultimately becomes Mr. Copoulos was easy to communicate with and constantly kept us abreast of any and all changes.

Come time for court, which actually ended up going to trial, Mr. Copoulos genuinely exceeded my expectations with his line of questioning and cross-examination of both myself and my landlord. It was a tough case and I actually thought my landlord’s lawyer bested me a few times but Mr. Copoulos was able to call bullsh&t and we came out on top. We were awarded our counterclaim and my landlord had to walk away with an extremely salty, yet magnificently sour face. Needless to say I was very pleased.

It is worth mentioning that even if Mr. Copoulos had lost our case, he still would have gotten a five star rating as he really does know his stuff and seems to be an all-around solid guy. Plus, I found his cost to be beyond reasonable and that always helps.

I obtained Mark Copoulos for counsel on a landlord/tenant case. After speaking with him, he said "we are going to win". You need to obtain someone with confidence in the law and in their ability to present your case. I started loosing confidence and the case was presented in front of the judge. I am so thankful for the services of Mark Copoulos.Was charged with DUI and looking at 90 days with a years loss of license. In the end the judge said Not Guilty!Thanks to Mark Copoulos.
