RUN DON'T WALK!

In the courtroom I begged him for my RIGHT to testify on my mother's behalf. Montco courts are already shady. Mr. Harris denied me the right to place evidence in the court transcripts.

I then found out why. He did a half---- job being prepared for my hearings.

He also looked as though he just got out of bed. Looking like a professional is equally important.

I was a witness to the previous honest review left by sharnae. Jermaine states that it is not true when I watched him act completely unprofessional as I sat in his office. He will get u the LOWEST compensation for your case, do not use him he is unprofessional as you can see, instead of apologizing for the mistreatment of the client he claims it not true. I watched him take his finger reach across the desk and aggressively shove his fingers in her face! CROOKED LAWYER and all other reviews are fake, take it from us.

DO NOT USE HIM, HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! This lawyer is very sketchy and handled my case very poorly, he told me he was sick of me calling him but the only time I called him is the only time he worked me my case. He is very unprofessional, unfriendly and rude. Stuck his hands in my face pointing at me aggressively after I asked him a question he didn’t want to answer. He acts like a child and shouldn’t even have a license. I was shocked that he threw a temper tantrum about my questions in his office. He’s only in it for the money!

I was unfortunately in a awful position with my ex landlord where I was being sued/evicted despite no longer living there and 2 grown adults continuing to reside there without paying rent. With Jermaine, I was fully informed of my options legally, I was walked through the process on how this works, and he was honest from the start on how it can all go. He won my case and we were able to come to an agreement so I do not have an eviction on my credit which was my main concern. I cant thank him enough and HIGHLY RECCOMMEND hiring him!

Mr. Harris seems not to have any knowledge of the law concerning my case. When we were in the courtroom, it was if I was representing myself . I would never recommend him to anyone.

As counsel myself, my expectations of fellow counsels are considerably different from that of other clients. I think I am more critical given that I know and understand the method behind the legal madness.

I had two matters with Mr. Harris. One in which I got exactly what I wanted thanks to him. He knew the law and guided me through the complicated divorce process with skill and precision. In fact, the attorney who referred me to him stated that he specializes in divorce law. I was THRILLED with his performance. Not one complaint or criticism.

My review of his performance on the second matter is little mixed. It was a custody matter. While I ultimately got my desired end on my own (no one knows your case like you do or will fight for your child like you will), Mr. Harris DID guide me through the initial steps of this process flawlessly. Did he know the law? Yes. Did he present on my behalf? Yes. Was he as aggressive as I would have preferred when fighting for my child? No but this is a matter of personal preference. I am cut throat when it comes to my babies and fortunately as counsel, I am in a unique position to truly self represent. Yet, clients should be aware that aggressiveness doesn't always work. I've seen it backfire. So, if I had to rate his performance in my custody matter, it is and will always be more positive than negative.

I disagree with the other reviewer who stated he is in it for the money. Mr. Harris is highly competent and cares about his clients. All I can say is Mr. Harris is personable, knowledgeable, and an asset to the legal profession. So, you can't go wrong using him. Just be upfront and candid with him so he can give you the same in return.
