My experience with this firm was horrible. They totally waste your time. What was said we can help you and we will email you the paperwork. Which was all lies, I sent numerous text and emails and no respond. Just now they can't help me. These guys will give you the run around.

Sadly I should not have wasted my time. My case wasn’t worth enough for them to pursue, which I understand however don’t drag me along for 6 months. Then when I ask for my files back right away you make me wait another 2 months then send them on a flash drive through the us mail in a white envelope not even discreetly only to be stolen or lost in the mail distribution center. When confronted Mr Schall while not taking any responsibility for their mishap tells me he can send my files to me online with Dropbox. Why didn't you do that in the first place. Not only did you not take my case, you sent all my personal information out there for anyone to hack or worse off steal my identity. Luckily I have life lock to protect my interests. Incompetent people working there. What a shame.

Run. They will sell you out to insurance company. Not trustworthy
