If you are looking for a great lawyer look no further. Mark is a wonderful attorney. A few years back I had a situation that almost cost me my business- loss of license and possible jail time. Mark was very diligent in handling the case and I was extremely happy with how it all resolved. Since then I have referred friends and family to him. He is kind and really passionate about his work and clients.

Complete waste of money . Barely discussed my case with him. Did the same thing the public defender was going to do. He has a good payment plan that’s why I chose him. Found another lawyer that was cheaper as knew how to get my DUI case dismissed but needed all the money upfront. So I had to go with Bernstein. Please look at other lawyers 1st before hiring him please . It could save you a lot of money .

I see he has good ratings from the past (most are from 2 years ago odd ) but something must have happened (most likely in the past year since his reviews have dropped) . He’s just in it for the money. He doesn’t care about your case he wont do anything for you if you hire him believe me. If you want to have a chance at beating your case goto someone else.. try out Frankie Fontanez cheaper and better he actually cares.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUY. I would give him 0 stars if that were an option. I got his mailer in the mail and decided to call and retain him for an urgent matter. Less than a day later I’m informed that my union has attorneys that can help me. I text him and ask him for a refund of my retainer and he tells me he is keeping half. He DIDNT DO LITERALLY ANYTHING AT ALL NOT EVEN AS MUCH AS LIFT A FINGER. After my new attorney faxed him a letter informing him that Mark Bernstein and I don’t have a signed retainer agreement he must return my payment in full. Only than did he send me a check for $500 dollars less than I sent him. This attorney lacks any professional courtesy, respect or compassion. He only cares about the money. He will ROB YOU for your hard earned money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY AND THIS FIRM.
