This is a very long overdue review. Like years overdue. However, you can't really go into detail in a review against a lawyer and a judge can you? Might get sued for libel. So, I'll just leave it at one star. Draw your own conclusions.

This political motivated judge use his courtroom for political agenda to make sure that Lou Ann Wolf not take responsibility for harassment, assault and violation of my mother civil rights. Dowgin made sure his court room was never going to be used for truth seeking. Dowgins corrupted the court system so I will never be treated fair and made sure that other judges had his political agenda in mind.
