I just received my first “DUI” in New Jersey along with a “Refusal”, and 3 additional moving violations (5 tickets total).

I was looking at losing my driving privileges for 14-24 months, followed by a mandatory installation of an interlock device on my car, possible jail time, and thousands in fines and court fees.

A friend had given me Herb’s number, so I gave him a call.

Herb was able to get a dismissal on the “Refusal”, drop the moving violation charges , and a substantial reduction to the penalties for the DUI. I walked away with a 3 month license suspension, and 2 alcohol assessment classes.

Without Herb things wouldn’t have gone so well, not too mention all the money he saved me.

What a great law firm!! I recently got a traffic ticket from a corrupt Freehold NJ police officer. I claimed I went through a red light when I had not. He must of had to fill his quota. Mr. Ellis personally represented me and assisted me in fighting the ticket until all the charges were dropped. He made sure my clean driving record was not tarnished by some dumb cop. I had what looked like an impossible to win ticket in Lacey NJ. I was facing loss of license for up to 90 days , $1,000 fine , higher car insurance rates . I was facing 7 months to a year license suspension and an Ignition Interlock Device for a year. Herb swore to me he would work and fight very hard for me and get the best possible outcome.
After a few weeks went by I spoke with Herb again and he told me about his strategy. I wont get into the strategy here, but I can tell you it was unconventional and the results were better than I thought they would be and I ended up with a 90 day licence suspension.
